BURN.  Joined in life as one, as two we lit the fire, but the wind blew out the flame.  By the hands of time, gave up the will to try, through the years bring out a change.  Do what you feel you must, you’re giving me the push, choose to walk away.  Running with the pack, stab me in the back, every dog will have its day to BURN, BURN.  Gave you everything that I had to give, thought you promised me the same.  Had your own plans with every other man, why must you treat me this way?  Eliminate the trust, my feelings have been crushed, as you continue to stray.  Falsely accused and viciously abused, can’t wait for you to have your day to BURN, BURN.  *What comes around it goes around, you’re gonna get your turn.  You’re dealt the hand so play the hand, I’ll sit back and watch you BURN, BURN*  Blind ignorance, Confused I can’t make sense of all the many lies you tell.  Continually deceived, still wanting to believe the tainted truths that you sell.  Reality is blurred by your fictitious words as I’m now beginning to see.  Your true colors come out, I know what you’re about, shameless infidelity, BURN, BURN   *

SEDITIOUS STARS.  Discord, lashed out against the war.  Words ignored, I hear you but don't listen.  For, ignorance you speak.  Offering the weak your blessing.  Warned.  Settling of score.  You've scorned the present disposition.  Torn page of history.  Naked eye can see it's missing.  Influence impoverished minds.  Use the power, the voice, names up in lights.  Hanging us out to dry.  When the time has come to choose your side.  Appeal to the public's eye.  No education to qualify.  See through pathetic disguise.  Protecting your way of life.  Tear us apart from inside.  Exercising the right to scrutinize.  The leaders that you despise hold the power of force to blow your mind.  Appearing in public to cry.  No solution to justify.  Bury your head in the sky.  Protecting your way of life.  Know just who you are.  The elite, untouched, seditious stars.  *Above and beyond the lives behind.  Beneath, seditious stars on the screen, making believe.  Promotion of treason, you're planting the seed.  Blister from sting, political ring.  Slapping the face of American dream.  Foremost, the turncoats.  Inconvenienced.  Plead, the need, follow your lead.  No allegiance.  Sour.  Coward.  You're all about the dollar.  Power devoured.  A witness to your falling.  Serpents crawl Sliding through blades of the grass standing tall.  Search for flaws.  Taking too long, shedding slime on the wall on their way back to the walk of fame.

UNSEEN LIES.  Time has taken its toll on me, these things I cannot change.  Life becomes a memory, feelings I can't fake.  The fight was once inside of me, now just a broken dream.  Am I here to live this time, or die by my mistakes.  How can I have lost myself, with so much left to gain? Demons take control of me, was this all in vain.  The enemy from within comes out, but I can't see the signs.  So many times I missed the mark, couldn't read between the lines.  Take me away from this world of despair to find all of my hopes and dreams live behind the unseen lies.

REVOLVE.  Once it arrived inside of me, a feeling I can't describe.  Taking too long but I can see demons that cannot hide.  Follow the path beside of me.  Creeping up from behind.  As they catch up controlling my body and my mind.  * Evolve.  Come full circle.  Resolve.  Now I'm a better man.  Fall, through the cycle.  Revolve.  No better than before.  So why try? *  Is death now surrounding me?  Shell of what I used to be.  Unaware of my surroundings.  Where are my friends and family?  Demons awake inside of me.  Drain all will.  It's killing me.  Too late to help, it's time to leave.  Sucking away my life.  *

GRIND.  See me, hear me.  Feel me breathe.  Push and pull me.  Cut me deep.  Twisting, turning.  Make me bleed.  Disregarded suffering.  Love me, hate me.  Deceiving.  And control me, ruthlessly.  Giving, taking.  Fill the need.  Unfulfilling destiny.  * I've been there and done my time, and I did it all in spite, and I took you to the grind.  Better men have tried, yet they failed the test of time.  Couldn't take it to the grind.  I'll take it all in stride.  And I'm gonna take what's mine.  When I take you to the grind.  Asleep, deprived, GRIND.  Awake, alive, GRIND.  Slam the door shut, as I leave.  Sweet redemption, for vanity.  A piece of paper, representing.  This man of straw, becoming.  Conform, decide, GRIND.  Reform, define, GRIND.
